Registration & Shop Terms

These terms cover registering for Forge Elite Hoops programs, paying online and ordering from our apparel shop. By registering or placing an order on forgeelitehoops.com, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Registering

• Registrations for players under 18 must be completed by a parent or guardian.
• For paid programs, a spot is only held once payment is complete. For free events, please register so we know how many players to expect.
• Program dates, times and locations are listed on our website. Sometimes we need to change them because of weather, facility conflicts or other reasons outside our control. If that happens, we will let registered families know as soon as we can.
• Men's Winter League registration is by team only. The captain registers and pays for the team and is responsible for making sure every player follows these terms.

Waivers

Every player must have a signed Forge Elite waiver on file before they take the court. For youth players, a parent or guardian signs it. For the men's league, each adult player signs their own. Players without a signed waiver can't participate.

Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Apparel orders include a 3% card processing fee, shown in your cart before you pay.
• You will get a receipt by email from Stripe after you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests are reviewed by Forge Elite staff. If Forge Elite cancels a program, we will work with you on a refund or a credit toward another program.

Apparel orders

• Apparel is ordered from our printer after the order window closes, so please double-check designs and sizes before you check out.
• Adult 2XL and 3XL items cost $5 more per item.
• Pickup at The Forge is free. Shipping is $15 per order and only available within the United States.
• We will let you know when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will make it right.

Conduct

Forge Elite is a Christ-centered program. We expect players, families and fans to treat coaches, officials, other players and the facility with respect. Coaches may ask a player to sit out or leave an activity if their behavior puts anyone's safety at risk.

Photos and video

Photos and video are only used on our website and social media with permission, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

The logos, photos and content on this site belong to Forge Elite Hoops and may not be copied without permission. Our site links to other services, like Stripe and Smartwaiver, and their own terms apply when you use them.
